About the wine
Campinovi Bianco is a characterful white wine made from 100% Trebbiano Toscano, which interprets the Tuscan wine tradition in a modern way. It ages for 12 months in large, untoasted chestnut and oak barrels and impresses with fresh elegance, fine aromas of chestnut honey, hay and white peaches, and lively, citrusy minerality. Its class has also been internationally recognized: 90 points from Wine Spectator confirm the exceptional quality of this wine.

Tasting note
Presented in a bright, bright straw yellow in the glass. On the nose, fine aromas of chestnut honey, fresh hay and flint develop, accompanied by subtle notes of almonds and white peaches. On the palate, the wine impresses with its lively freshness and a clear, floral line. Citrus notes add an animating lightness, while a touch of butter gives the wine depth and complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean starters, fine fish, fried poultry, creamy risotti and fresh pasta dishes with vegetables or herbs. Also great with goat cheese, burrata or simply as an elegant accompaniment to a summer evening on the terrace.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation takes place in untreated concrete tanks at 18°C. The wine is then aged for 12 months in large, untoasted chestnut and oak barrels, two thirds of which come from Tuscan wood (Casentino & Rufina). This is followed by a 3-month bottle aging.
