About the wine

The Camins de Son Antem Blanc is an elegant, characterful white wine with a limited production of only 3700 bottles. The cuvée of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Giró Ros combines freshness with a fine structure and subtle wood spice. Partial aging in wooden barrels gives the wine additional depth without losing its lively fruit. With moderate acidity and very low residual sugar, it is dry, balanced and harmonious.

Tasting note
In the glass, the Camins de Son Antem Blanc is light straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe apple, pear and citrus fruits develop, accompanied by subtle notes of white peach, fine vanilla and a hint of roasted almonds. On the palate, the wine appears fresh and precise, with well-integrated acidity, creamy texture and subtle wood spice. The aftertaste is dry, balanced and long-lasting with a mineral aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, seafood, white meats, Mediterranean vegetable dishes or creamy pasta dishes. It is also an excellent choice for mild soft cheese or dishes with fine herbal aromas.
Vinification
The grape varieties were fermented separately. The Chardonnay fermented partly in 20 and 30 hl foudres from Austrian and German oak and partly in stainless steel tanks. The Giró Ros was aged in 500-liter French oak barrels and also in stainless steel tanks. A total of 70% of the wine was vinified in wood and 30% in stainless steel tanks, with a maturation period of 10 months in wood. Partial malolactic fermentation, no yeast stirring and no tapping during maturation. Assemblage in June 2025, bottling in July 2025. No fining, just light filtration.
