Tasting note
The year 2021 was cooler than 2020, with late shoots and early flowering. A mild and windy summer allowed for a long period of maturation, which, despite low yields, produced high-quality fruits with exceptional color and tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled beef tenderloin, beef ribs and lamb chops, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. It also goes well with flank steak with chimichurri sauce, pan-fried ribeye steak, and grilled portobello mushrooms.

24 months in 100% new French oak from barrel makers Taransaud, Dargaud Jaegle, Demptos, Marcel Cadet and Sylvain.
