About the wine
With the dominant red wine 2014 — Cabernet Franc Vipava, you can offer your guests something very special. To get a feel for the barren landscape aesthetics, there is no way around this red wine, which the Slovenian winery Batic masters with a keen sense of texture. Tasting note
Deep ruby red color. Pure herbal notes on the nose, with hints of woodfruits, blackberries and pepper, plus subtle smoky and leather notes in the background. On the palate, the Cabernet Franc Vipava is very harmonious and elegant, with soft tannins. Herbal notes again. Rich, elegant finish

Vinification
In October, around 5% of the grapes are selected for the grape's own yeast. Selective manual reading just before full moon. Then fermentation in Slovenian barriques for 30 days. Gets its elegance without human intervention, resulting in natural stability.
