About the wine
This sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Weissburgunder and Pinot Noir combines elegance and finesse. With a fine perlage and maturation of at least 42 months on fine yeast, it shows complex aromas of ripe apples, brioche and walnuts. Without dosage, it remains particularly pure and dry, which makes it an excellent companion for delicious game dishes or rich cheeses. A fine, mineral character rounds off the taste experience.

Tasting note
Fine golden yellow with an elegant nose of ripe apples, brioche and light yeast. On the palate, aromas of walnuts and fresh baguette develop, accompanied by a mineral freshness. The aftertaste is long and dry.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes such as venison or venison, as well as with strong cheese or hearty starters such as a nut-goat cheese salad.
Vinification
The wine consists of Chardonnay, Weissburgunder and Pinot Noir, harvested selectively by hand and carefully processed. It matured on fine yeast in the bottle for at least 42 months, without dosage and is certified as an organic wine.
