About the wine
We have a special, dominant Chardonnay from 2016 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the Italian winery Collavini is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Friuli. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Chardonnay with soft cheese or poultry.

Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow. On the nose, intense scent of ripe, yellow fruits, acacia honey and fresh oak wood. A sweet-looking start on the palate. Dense and compact texture, with elegant, well-integrated acidity. The finale is complex, powerful and long-lasting. A wine with lots of class, which is ideal as an accompaniment to food.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with poultry, veal, seafood and crustaceans.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. Chardonnay and Friulano are slightly dried up to a water loss of 20 to 25%, which gives the wine more density and extract. After gentle pressing, the three musts are put together and fermented and aged in barriques “de second passage” (Allier).
