About the wine

Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple reflections. Notes of red berries, sour cherries, plums, almonds and hot spices. A wonderful combination of the subtle Nebbiolo and the loud Dolcetto grapes. On the palate, full-bodied and with a ripe tannin structure. Juicy aromas of sour cherries, red currants and elderberries. Skilfully bundled and structured down to the long, accurate finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb and game with rich side dishes.
Vinification
The two types of grapes are vinified separately in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks, as they mature at different times. The young wines are then brought together and, depending on the vintage, aged for 12 to 18 months in large Slavonian and French wooden barrels.
