About the wine

Tasting note
Dense ruby with garnet reflections. Complex, delightful bouquet. There are aromas of wild berries, licorice, violets, as well as some cinnamon and clove powder. Rich and straight on the palate. Present tannins and juicy acidity. Again, dark berries, spicy components and lots of melting. Long, lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with meat of all kinds and forms of love.
Vinification
After very strict selection, the Nebbiolo grapes from the Barbaresco “Bric Turot” vineyard (right next to Angelo Gaja's famous “Sori Tildin” vineyard) are harvested and carefully mashed. After maceration, the young wine ages in medium-sized wooden barrels and barriques for around twelve months. The wine is then left in the bottle for a further ten months.
