About the wine
What a lovely connection. Hubert Bouzereau from Meursault and Marie-France Gruère from Chassagne-Montrachet. Children of long-established winemaking families. Since 1970 with her own winery, which is now run by her daughters Marie-Laure and Marie-Anne. Not a revolution, a careful modernization. Safe in tradition, fashions are not blindly imitated here, but the old age of the vines in the 10 ha of mostly excellent locations and classic expansion are appreciated. From natural cultivation, spontaneous fermentation and moderate use of new barrels, beatifying wines are produced here with great finesse and gentleness. A secret tip.

Tasting note
Of legal age - still young, already free. Lots of joy, playful, green behind the ears, full of charm, wrinkle-free: wonderfully light, smooth and delicate green to yellow fruit, a soft touch of minerality. Still cuddly on the palate, so innocently creamy, although already endowed with all the charms, the elegance: fine balance and slim shape, the subtle hints: razor-fine minerality. Enchantingly silky, fine, youthful bourgogne.

Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts, aging in oak barrels, 25% new, with regular stirring of the yeast.
