Tasting note
Dense ruby red, the bouquet is characterized by rich fruit notes, with dark berries and black cherries in the foreground, the whole is rounded off by a pleasantly spicy component. Concentrated and powerful on the palate, with lots of fruit. Acid and tannin are harmoniously combined and give Poggio al Moro the necessary freshness.
Culinary recommendation

Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually, in different stages, depending on the degree of ripeness. The vinification takes place separately by type. The temperature-controlled fermentation takes three to four weeks, after which the wine rests in barriques for three months.
