About the wine
Patron Luis Cañas had the habit of drinking a glass every day at 11 o'clock and eating a few olives with it. Does this explain why he was so fit and lively until the old age of 91? A terrific apéro wine with beautiful citrus notes and fresh acidity.

Tasting note
Brilliant lemon yellow. On the nose, lively aromas of Granny Smith apple, lime, quince jelly and honeydew melon develop, accompanied by floral and finely tart notes. On the palate, there is a delicately creamy texture with intense yellow fruit that appears delicate and full at the same time. The perfect balance between refreshing citrus notes and delicate minerality gives the wine elegance. This enchanting white Rioja masterfully combines fruitiness and the influence of barrique aging.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood and mussels, white meat, lettuce, risotto, mild cheese and nuts.
