Tasting note
Bright straw to golden yellow with light green reflections. The nose is dominated by floral aromas, tropical fruits and Sicilian citrus fruits, complemented by a delicate vanilla note. On the palate, it is broad and velvety, with good structure, pleasant freshness and a fine salty minerality as well as a harmonious and lasting finish.

Vinification
The grapes of Bianca di Valguarnera are handpicked and gently pressed. After static sedimentation, controlled fermentation starts at 15°C, followed by ageing in oak barriques, where the wine is completely fermented and aged on fine lees. After aging the wood for 12 months, the wine is left to rest for several months before bottling.
