Tasting note
The Belondrade les Parcelles was made from two individual plots, La Cruz and Alameda, which showed such incredible potential in the 2018 vintage that Didier and his winemaker Marta decided to vinify and expand them separately. Didier describes this wine as a dream that comes true and as the culmination of his work.

Goes well with smoked meats, cheese, grilled meats, fish
Vinification
After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation is stopped to preserve acidity. The wine was aged in used barrels for 18 months, followed by 3 years of bottle aging.
