Tasting note
This Blanc de Noir impresses with its bright straw-yellow color, its strong and fruity aromas of red berries, some citrus and spicy notes with a slight extract sweetness. A very aromatic and full-bodied white wine that wonderfully brings out the elegant and fruity aromas of Pinot Noir.

Goes well with aperitifs, aromatic starters, light fish dishes, sushi, poultry and z'vieri platelets
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are immediately gently pressed at the winery in Liestal. Since the color of the grapes is in the berry skins, pressing must be carried out very carefully and the shortest possible period of contact with the berry skins must be maintained. This ensures that the juice does not change color and that a white wine can also be produced from the blue grapes. The grape juice is then fermented and the wine aged in steel tanks.
