About the wine
The Barolo DOCG Burzi is an elegant and powerful red wine from Piedmont, made from the Nebbiolo grape. It represents the essence of classic Barolo, characterized by structure, depth and maturation potential.

Tasting note
The Barolo 2021 is extremely powerful on the nose with aromas of cherries, plums, floral notes, leather and spices. On the palate, it is opulent with ripe tannins and impresses with its immediate presence and accessibility. The aftertaste is persistent and characterized by dark berries and sweet spices.
Vinification
After destemming and crushing, spontaneous fermentation begins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The maceration takes between 25 and 30 days. The wine is aged in 60-hectoliter oak barrels (Stockinger), and the last months before bottling, the wine is also aged in concrete tanks.
