About the wine
The family company Azienda Agricola Enzo Boglietti has been pressing its own grapes since 1991. The region's typical varieties now grow on 22 hectares. The winery has made a name for itself in the wine world with Barolo, which has been cultivated for a very long time in Neuholz, France. In the meantime, the wines have tended to become more delicate and elegant again, and are still in the top league in the Barolo region.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red, distinct fruit notes with wood and spice tones, very strong, elegant and harmonious, with tremendous length and noticeable acidity and tannins. A noble, modern Barolo with great aging potential!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes (brasato, gigot, game) and spicy cheeses.
Vinification
20 days of temperature-controlled fermentation with daily stirring. Then another 60 days on the grape skins. Aging in French oak, 8 months in bottle storage.
