Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose, inviting red fruit aromas of wild strawberries and cherries, plus spicy notes of pink pepper and nutmeg. On the palate, on the other hand, lots of fruit and aromas of coffee, some chocolate and a touch of graphite. Powerful, long-lasting finish.

Vinification
The Barbera d'Asti Sichei is pressed from ancient vines, which are rooted in calcareous clay, in the municipality of Montegrosso d'Asti. After traditional fermentation on the mash for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 27°C, the wine ages in barriques for 18 months.
