About the wine
The family company Azienda Agricola Enzo Boglietti has been pressing its own grapes since 1991. The region's typical varieties now grow on 22 hectares. The winery has made a name for itself in the wine world with Barolo cultivated in Neuholz in France for a very long time. In the meantime, the wines have tended to become more delicate and elegant again, and are still in the top league in the Barolo region.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red, complex bouquet with the scent of raspberries, cherries and plums accompanied by spicy notes, roasted aromas and vanilla tones, in the mouth full, dense and soft. Balanced, with pleasant acidity and long-lasting. A great Barbera!
Culinary recommendation
Accompanies very well with hearty vegetable and meat dishes (roast, lamb, game) and spicy cheeses.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks with daily battonage, aging for 18 months in barriques and tonneaux, 50% new oak. Another 4 months in steel tanks and at least 2 months in the bottle.
