About the wine
Brovia is one of the best Barolo producers in Piedmont and cultivates large individual vineyards such as Villero, Rocche di Castiglione and Garblét Sue. These Nebbiolo plants are characterized by high quality, unique elegance, strong character and great ripening potential.
Tasting note
Ruby red, the scent of cherries, plums and spices rises to the nose. Balanced acid structure and velvety tannins on the palate. The Barbera is long and has aromas of dark chocolate and cherries.

Vinification
After a short maceration period at around 28°C, the hand-picked grapes are fermented for about a week. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks for 15 to 18 months before being bottled and sold.
