About the wine
Mauro Veglio has set itself the goal of pressing elegant, finesse wines typical of the grape variety and region. The beguiling fruit of his large Baroli, which smell of violets and the sweetest raspberries, the hallmarks of a wine made from pure Nebbiolo grapes, spread clear aromas and edges that combine to create a highly interesting and complex work of art.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta and vegetable dishes, fried meat, cheese.
Vinification
Maceration on skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approx. 10 days before the grapes are pressed and the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks is completed (approx. 20 days), with malolactic fermentation also taking place at a controlled temperature. Around December, the wine is transferred to small oak barrels, 50% of which are new and 50% used to mature for a further 18 months. The wine is then bottled without fining.
