Barbaresco Bricco Asili DOCG 2020 - Azienda Vinicole Ceretto

One of the most representative climate zones in the appellation and thus the symbol of the city of Barbaresco, which impresses with its astonishing finesse and power, its disarming elegance and durability. The vineyard stretches from the foot of the hill to the summit - at 200 to 290 meters above sea level. The vines grow on the famous St. Agata Fossili clay marl soils and face south/southwest. The Ceretto plot is located right on the summit and is just over a hectare in size. The grapes on this plot have been vinified separately since the first half of the 1970s. After biological acid degradation, the wine is stored in 25 hl wooden barrels.
