Tasting note
An absolute rarity from Bairrada. The production is only 660 bottles. The wine has a bright, radiant cherry red. The nose is delicate and complex at the same time. At the beginning, the focus is primarily on floral and redberry aromas, followed by earthy notes and hints of dried herbs, spices and nuts. Juicy on the palate with chalky tannins and lively acidity, which give the wine a great linearity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, fish, vegetarian dishes.
Vinification
All grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in barriques for 14 months.
