Since 1894, the Agrapart family house in the heart of Avize has stood for authentic, terroir-inspired Grand Cru champagne. “Atoma” is more than just champagne — it is the liquid DNA of Agrapart Avize. This complex multi-vintage cuvée made from 100% Chardonnay combines the best Grand Crus from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger). Since the start of this project, i.e. since 2020, there has always been a small part, an atom, in the cuvee and part of the main year. In the glass, the “Atoma” is precise and elegant: fine aromas of white peach, lemon zest and roasted almonds meet a characteristic salty minerality. The wood aging of the reserve wines gives structure, the texture is creamy, the aftertaste is fresh and long-lasting. A characterful champagne that goes wonderfully with aperitif riche, seafood or creamy risotto.
