About the wine

“Aszú” is a blend of 90% furmint and 10% harslevelu and means “dried out.” Dried by overfrost and noble botrytis. The wine, which undergoes a whopping two-year barrel fermentation with constant contact with oxygen until bottling without the addition of sulfur. On the nose, aromas of almond and walnuts, and apricot, mandrin, honey and spices. Fiery on the palate, but full of excitement.
