About the wine
St. Michael-Eppan is a cooperative consisting of 350 winegrowers and is one of the largest and most successful wineries in South Tyrol. Despite its size, quality has been paramount since it was founded in 1907, which is why it is also one of the best winegrowers' cooperatives in the world today. The outstanding oenologist Hans Terzer has been managing the winery since 1977.

Tasting note
Intense nose of exotic fruits such as kiwi and pineapple, Williams pear, white peach, gooseberries, hazelnuts and spices. Fresh palate with character and wonderful blanace. The aftertaste is powerful and long-lasting with notes of alpine herbs and exotic fruits.

Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Weisswein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 8°-10°C.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed and fermented. The wine then matures in barriques and tonneaux, where it biodegrades (with the exception of Sauvignon Blanc). Assemblage after just under a year and further maturing on fine yeast for three years in steel tanks.
