Die verspielten Aromen des Appassimento Ripa di Sotto Puglia IGT von schwarzer Pflaume, Aprikose und Anis drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz individuellen Struktur aus. Anschliessend zeigen die erfrischenden Nuancen von Himbeere, schwarzer Kirsche und Blaubeere ihren eigenen Charakter. Mit verhalten fein ausgebauten Tanninen, mittelkräftigem Körper und markanter Säure präsentiert dieser Rotwein seine meisterliche Beschaffenheit.
