Angela Blanc is a fresh, precise and mineral white wine with fine aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and a hint of lemon zest. Straightforward and firm on the palate with well-integrated acidity and a fine balance between freshness and creaminess.

Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand into small crates and pneumatically pressed as whole grapes very gently. Fermentation takes place partly in new wood, partly in stainless steel tanks and amphoras. Ageing on fine yeast with regular stirring (bâtonnage) gives the wine its creamy texture and complexity.
