In the glass, it glows straw yellow with greenish reflections. The intense and elegant aromas are exceptionally fresh, varied and reminiscent of green apples, citrus fruits, white flowers, meadow herbs, white pepper, underlined with a fine yeast note. It offers all the characteristics that a top-class white wine should have, a wonderfully fresh, extremely concentrated texture of ripe yellow fruits, fine balsamic and floral floral notes, as well as a pronounced, noble minerality and an absolutely perfect acid structure. It is hard to beat in terms of elegance, finesse and “terroir”. It tastes creamy, extremely juicy, fresh and acidic. Despite its ripening potential, it is already very well balanced. The highlight is found in the seemingly endless, spicy-mineral finale with great depth and delicate harmony. A wine for the highest demands.
