About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Domini Veneti has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the enchanting and fertile countryside of Veneto. We have a special, dominant Corvina from 2012 for you, which is loved by many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Corvina can be served very well with roasts or game.

Tasting note
The natural air drying of the grapes increases the concentration of flavorings and extracts, which gives this Amarone from the steep JAGO slope its complexity and density. Intriguing aromas of dried fruits, exotic spices and well-dosed growing notes are revealed in the intense bouquet. The great strength of this profound wine is the concentration and interplay of the three structural elements tannin, alcohol and acidity, which harmonize with each other in an almost perfect way. This premium wine from DOMìNI VENETI has backbone and a complexity that is beautifully expressed in the extremely persistent finale.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with venison, turkey, potato gratin, Gruyère, Parmesan and Sbrinz.
Vinification
Ageing in new 225 liter barrique barrels of French Allier or Never oak for approx. 24 months and then aged in the bottle for a further 12 months
