About the wine
With the dominant Corvina 2013 — Amarone DOCG, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Italian winery Ottella is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the blooming and beautiful Veneto countryside. Tasting note
From October to January, the grapes are carefully stored. During this time, they dry and concentrate sugar and flavorings naturally. Profound nose with aromas of black berries, plums, dark chocolate and fine leather tones, delicately smoky underlaid. It also shows spice on the palate, yet rich, full-bodied and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty dishes such as braised oxtail or grilled beef steak. Also with various game dishes such as chamois pepper or venison entrecote.
