Tasting note
Deep ruby red. On the nose, great fullness, nuances of ripe, red fruits preserved in alcohol, dried plums and spices. Lasting on the palate, good structure, soft and warm, yet rich in acidity and mild tannins, which give a unique pleasant sensation when drunk

Perfect with autumn and winter dishes, such as roasts, osso bucco and game
Vinification
This wine was prepared using the Recioto process. According to ancient tradition, grapes wither in a designated room (fruttaio) at a height of 640 m above sea level, without artificial dehumidifiers, and the slowness of natural wilting is accepted. The resulting raisins are then pressed, completely fermented and aged for three years in 80% Slavonian oak barrels and 20% French oak barrels
