About the wine
Giuseppe Campagnola, the winemaker from the Italian Campagnola winery, is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the enchanting and fertile countryside of Veneto.

Tasting note
The glass shows a deep ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose, an intense and complex interplay of aromas unfolds with ripe cherries, dried fruits and plums, accompanied by spicy notes and subtle hints of cocoa and tobacco. On the palate, Amarone is powerful, full-bodied and at the same time velvety, with well-integrated tannins and an impressive depth. The aftertaste is long, warm and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with braised meat, game dishes, hearty pasta dishes or aged cheese. Even enjoyed pure, this Amarone is an ideal wine for special moments of pleasure.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and carefully selected. They are then dried naturally over several months, which intensifies sugar and aromas. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place slowly at controlled temperatures. The wine then ages in oak barrels for a longer period of time, where it gains structure and complexity before continuing to age in the bottle.
