Tasting note
The wine has a deep red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe dark fruits such as black cherry, blackberry and cassis develop, accompanied by notes of mint, laurel, black pepper and subtle wood nuances such as mocha. On the palate, it is twelve and powerful at the same time, with firm tannins and good acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Great with beef Wellington, rack of lamb with chimichurri, stews such as beef goulash and Indonesian rendang.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in steel tanks over a week. The wine is then aged for six months in two and three-year barriques. Before bottling, the wine is not embellished or filtered.
