Tasting note
Intense pinot noir nose of cherries, wild berries, violets and spices. Juicy on the palate with delicate tannins and an elegant body. The aftertaste is complex and persistent with lots of berry fruit.

Vinification
The selected grapes are gently pressed after manual harvesting. This is followed by 12-month maturation and biological acid degradation in barrique tonneau. After cutting, the wine is stored in the cement tank for a further short aging period.
