Fine perlage. A delicate bouquet of Mediterranean flowers that combines with vibrant citrus notes and offers freshness and complexity. Dynamic and firm on the palate, with a mineral finish that gives depth and character. It reveals a distinctive acid structure that is combined with profound balance and harmony. Its natural freshness is combined with stylistic maturity and thus creates a complete and tasty experience right down to the long-lasting finish.

Vinification
Alma Assemblage 1 was read by hand from 60 individual layers and 91 individual selections. Reserve wines of Chardonnay from the 2014, 2019, 2020 vintages and Pinot Nero from the 2019, 2020 vintages were specifically vertically blended to increase complexity. After 30 months of bottle fermentation, disgorgement and Extra Brut Dosage of 3.5 g/L, the bottle ages for six months.
