The mixed soils of clay, silt and sand, the orientation to the southeast, the gentle slopes and the perfect altitude of 300 meters above sea level are important prerequisites for the elegance of the wines.

Tasting note
Light salmon pink On the nose, aromas of raspberries and strawberries. Balsamic notes of thyme and rosemary. Fresh aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light dishes such as seafood, poultry, salads or mild cheeses. Its freshness and complexity make it an ideal companion for summer dishes.
Vinification
Aliki Rosato is made from Merlot and Malbec grapes. The grapes come from vineyards at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level with a south-eastern orientation and soils of clay, silt and sand. These conditions promote the freshness and minerality of the wine. After manual harvesting, gentle pressing is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit aromas.
