About the wine
Janare's “Alfabeto” line uses the Osco-Samnite alphabet, which was written from left to right. One of the most important pieces of evidence with this script is the tablet by Agnone from the third century BC. Seven deities tied to the fruits of agriculture are listed on the bronze surface of the tablet.

Tasting note
Intense color with purple reflections. Cherry fruit with spicy components on the nose. Intense on the palate, but with polished tannins. An Aglianico that can also be drunk young.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat sauce, soups, legume dishes, fried or braised meat.
Vinification
Harvest at the beginning of October. 7 days of maceration on the skins. Matures 80% in steel tanks and 20% in French oak.
