Tasting note
The color is a strong ruby red. In addition to notes of precious spices (white pepper) and licorice, the complex bouquet also has a red-fruit component. On the palate, this Aglianico shows pleasantly ripe fruit notes, and the exemplary integrated acidity gives it freshness. A characterful southerner in excellent drinking age.

Vinification
Mash fermentation takes around 10 days. The wine is then aged in large oak barrels for 6-9 months and in the bottle for at least one year before it is on the market.
