The «A» Toscana IGT Aldobrandesca is a fresh and lively rosé made from pure Sangiovese grapes. It’s all about bright, easy enjoyment—ideal for relaxed afternoons with friends or light meals on warm evenings.

Tasting note
Shiny light pink The wine first shows elegant floral notes of roses, followed by fragrant aromas of red berries and citrus fruits. On the palate, the notes of the nose blend with the juicy acidity and elegant structure of the wine. A medium-bodied pink, fresh and fruity aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
This strong rosé goes very well with salmon, grilled sea bass and white meat.
Vinification
The grapes come from vineyards exclusively intended for the production of A. The harvest is carefully done by hand. The grapes are gently squeezed and macerated for 4-6 hours at cool temperatures. This short cold maceration favored the extraction of the color and the finer aromatic components, resulting in a fresh must without astringent notes but with a lot of aromatic character. Fermentation takes place at controlled 16° Celsius. The young wine then matures on its own yeast in steel tanks until bottled.
