About the wine

Cantine Risveglio is a cooperative founded in 1958 by a group of winemakers from Brindisi. The founding group consisted of a small number of winegrowers who wanted to make their individualism available to the cooperative. After the first 20 years of operation, the entire building was rebuilt, which led to important technological improvements in fermentation and vinification and thus to a significant improvement in quality. Thanks to the persistence and passion of those who work there - the Cantina is managed by Giovanni Nardelli - Cantine Risveglio has become an icon of winegrowing in the city of Brindisi and is now considered the reference in the wine-growing region.
