About the wine
With the best vineyards, a passion inherited for over 600 years and an innovative spirit, Zweifel Weine convey pure wine enjoyment! Höngger vines from the Zweifel family were first mentioned in documents in 1440. In addition to the Klingen and Riedhof sites in Zurich, excellent grapes are brought to Höngg every autumn from our own vineyards in Regensberg, Otelfingen, Stäfa and Remigen AG as well as from friendly regional winegrowers, where city winemaker Urs Zweifel presses with the latest know-how and cutting-edge technology and has made it among the 100 best Swiss winemakers (Vinum).

Tasting note
The light yellow young wine tastes of fresh citrus fruits and honeydew melons. Our Primeur has a balanced acidity and a wonderfully creamy finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a New Year's aperitif, an antipasti platter or tarte flambée.
Vinification
The wine is unfiltered and therefore slightly cloudy.
