About the wine
The “Yarden Petit Verdot” shows ripe notes of various red and black fruits as well as spices, flowers, tobacco, chocolate and French oak. This aromatic and full-bodied wine has a tannin structure typical of the variety. The “Yarden Petit Verdot” is made from grapes harvested in vineyards in central and southern Golan. The wine ages in French oak barrels for 18 months, 40% of which are new. A “Yarden Petit Verdot” will improve in the bottle over several years under suitable conditions and will remain in excellent drinking condition. Combine the wine with various sumptuous meat dishes, as well as tender ossobuco, slow-cooked lamb ribs or smoked cheese.
