About the wine
Can Sumoi produces natural wines according to biodynamic principles and only with minimal intervention in the vineyard and winemaking. The local grape varieties Parellada, Xarel·lo and Sumoll grow at an altitude of 600 m above sea level and are a reflection of their origin.

Tasting note
This organic and vegan Xarel lo from Can Sumoi reflects the character of the original and savage that is lived on Can Sumoi. On the nose, aromas of Mediterranean herbs such as thyme and rosemary develop, with a touch of dried grass. Powerful and juicy on the palate, it reveals notes of lime and subtle sweet flowers. The acidity is refreshing. Coupled with the wonderful herbal aromas and a slight melting, it offers a unique overall impression that lasts until the long-lasting finale.
