Tasting note
Minerality, citrus fruits and subtle roasted aromas are perfectly combined. Elegant ripe fruit notes and lots of pressure characterize the palate. Straightforward Weissburgunder with great saltiness.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are left to macerate for a cool time and then gently pressed. The must is clarified through natural sedimentation and then fermented in a temperature-controlled manner. The aging takes place in stainless steel tanks.
