About the wine
Stefano Girelli and Peter Kosten founded The Wine People to To celebrate the diversity of Italian regions and vineyards. With over 30 Years of experience in the wine industry now lead them to a successful Nice and innovative company. The WineStories team tried many non-alcoholic red wines, but only very few were convincing in terms of quality. I am also one of the first non-alcoholic wines made from 100% Primitivo.

Tasting note
I am made from high-quality Primitivo, a type of grape that is good for dealcoholization. I have a distinctive fruity bouquet, with aromas of wild berries and spicy vanilla and clove aromas; on the palate I am balanced and soft, with a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with grilled food, an aperitif platter or cheese.
Vinification
I was dealcoholized using vacuum distillation. With this method, it is possible to remove the alcohol at a temperature of 20°C, while maintaining my freshness and varietal characteristics.
