About the wine
Like a gem in the midst of vineyards in the heart of Languedoc-Roussillon, the estate stretches over 24 hectares near Servian. The vines are planted on a rich terroir and have an excellent sunny location. Since ancient times, Saint Cécile has been known as the patron saint of musicians. The estate was named after her by the previous owners in her honor. Comparable to a musical score, the wines of the Domaine are produced in harmony with the terroir.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color with bright reflections. Fruity nose with mandarin zest, fresh apricots and candied oranges. Full-bodied and rich with a fresh and spicy aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent aperitif. Delicious with Asian dishes and white meats.
Vinification
The distinctive features of the grape variety are emphasized by a strict selection of plots. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature, which allows the natural aromas and fruity notes to be preserved. The wine is aged on fine lees for three weeks to improve the structure and develop the aromas.
