Tasting note
Clear, bright yellow in the glass. Intense, rich and elegant on the nose with aromas of apricot, peach and white flowers (peach and acacia). Pleasant and harmonious on the palate, with an appealing fullness and a smooth, persistent structure on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif but also an ideal accompaniment to spicy dishes with fish and white meat. The fruity aroma and fresh structure harmonize wonderfully with fine spices.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night when fully ripe to preserve freshness and aroma. This involves a strict selection of plots from different terroirs. The temperature-controlled fermentation at 16°C preserves the fine fruit aromas. Ageing: exclusively in stainless steel tanks, this preserves the freshness and clarity of the wine.
