Tasting note
Rich, floral, camomile and honeysuckle aromas, mineral notes round off the bouquet perfectly. Lively first impression, followed by a well-rounded, velvety structure and a flattering, melting finish. Nice light yellow, with silver shimmers.

Goes well with shrimp cocktail, pumpkin soup, marinated mussels, trout fillets, mushroom slices, fried chicken, Vaud saucisson and sliced cheese.
