About the wine
Edetària is a young winery in the Terra Alta region, which borders the famous DO Priorat. The winery is shaped by Joan Liberia, an inspired and clever Catalan winemaker. His main focus is on working in the old vineyards and the feat of producing balanced, fresh wines in the dry-hot region. Joan is an advocate of autochthonous grape varieties, i.e. the traditional ones. His Via Terra is the winery's “house wine”, an easy-to-drink, full-bodied, fruity red wine from Garnacha vines.
