Vinification
This wine represents a palpable enthusiasm for experimentation. Siddùra sees it as a challenge to prove the versatility of the Vermentino grape variety. Even with different production processes, this variety retains its typical organoleptic properties, which have helped it to be recognized and appreciated all over the world. Siddùra has therefore reserved a corner of the cellar for barrel aging. Only hand picking and selection of the best grapes. The destemmed grapes are macerated for a few hours before they are gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in small French oak barrels. NOMEN EST OMEN: Bèru (Etruscan) — Noble.
